Our Decision Forge staff have helped organizations across the defense, intelligence, and civil government space (along with commercial clients) find effective solutions to their complex challenges. Our clients turn to us for counsel on projects and technologies that will impact their missions and deliver value where it matters most.
To support our clients, we draw on a family of customized, mutually-supporting problem-solving approaches and tools. These approaches typically help organizations define critical goals and objectives; identify and develop measures of success; determine deficiencies or deviations from needed performance levels; assess potential impacts of alternative investments in people, process, and technology; and recommend appropriate decisions, resourcing strategies, and implementation plans. In this way, our work serves as a key means by which our clients’ visions and concepts are made real – by linking strategies to implementation.
To provide these services, we require an eclectic combination of skills, provided by individual experts that work together on project-matrixed teams. All staff have the opportunity to serve in key roles, usually client facing, and which often involve close support to senior managers making critical organizational decisions.
